Corporate Process and Project Quality Improvements

PPME has employed experts in quality process improvement. Quality is often times forgotten in exchange of schedule and costs which will lead to customer dissatisfaction in a long run. This is not what we want as long-term partnership with our clients is at the core of our business model. We can help our clients in improving corporate quality culture as well as project level quality improvement.

At the corporate level, we help develop corporate Quality Management System (QMS) by developing, implementing, & improving Quality Management System or integrated Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Management System (IMS).

At the Project Level, We Conduct the Following:

Providing Quality Consultation:

Quality input for RFP/RFQ, proposals, progress reports, meetings, Interfacing with stakeholders.

Project Quality Management Program:

Develop Project Quality Plans and procedures/forms/templates, reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

Suppliers’/Contractors’ Quality Management:

Developing selection criteria, selection/evaluation, reviewing Project Quality Programs, performance review.

Audit Management:

Plan, perform, and report internal audits, contractors/suppliers’ audits, and facilitate audits by clients & other stakeholders.

Performance Evaluation & Continual Improvement:

Facilitate lessons learned, define and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), risk management, manage Opportunities for Improvement (OFI), and manage client feedback.

Non-Conformity/ Deficiency Management:

Identifying, tracking, root cause analysis, trending, and closing out non-conformities, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
Reviewing Quality Records: Reviewing quality records during and at the end of project (turnover packages).
