Our Construction Management Services Are Comprised of Two Categories:
1- Construction management contract where we enter into a contract with our clients to take over the construction project and to directly engage 3rd party contractors to execute the scope of work. Our dedicated construction managers manage the day-to-day construction activities, compile daily construction reports, control the cost and schedule of the construction, assume the role of prime contractor to ensure safety, review and approve 3rd party’s quality and safety manuals and procedures, and deliver the projects to the client once fully executed.
2- We Assign construction management resources to the clients. PPME’s dedicated team of experienced construction managers will provide back-office training and support required to ensure the secondees are fully capable of carrying out the job of a construction project manager. This is in particular beneficial to the clients that need immediate resources to execute projects and jump to other projects without having to train, and retain internal resources.
